Job Description:

Seeking a Nursing Supervisor with a $10,000 sign-on bonus (external applicants only).
Leads and coordinates clinical and administrative staff to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care, promoting teamwork and respectful communication.
Provides direct supervision, mentors staff, and participates in hiring, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
Manages staffing, schedules, and resolves clinical issues, maintaining adequate coverage and operational efficiency.
Monitors customer satisfaction, implements improvement programs, and oversees departmental budgets with cost containment initiatives.
Ensures a safe, respectful environment for patients and staff, fostering professional growth through training and performance reviews.
Maintains collaborative relationships with physicians, management, and care teams system-wide.
Requires RN licensure in Virginia, BLS certification, and clinical experience with leadership skills. Preferred Bachelor's degree and supervisory experience.
