Job Description:

Join a dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse in the Surgery department.
Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient care according to professional standards and organizational policies.
Provide direct patient care, coordinate with the healthcare team, and delegate tasks appropriately.
Review patient history, diagnostics, and develop individualized care and discharge plans.
Evaluate patient responses, revise care plans, and document all activities accurately.
Participate in quality improvement, research, and staff education to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Must have a valid RN license, BLS certification, and graduate from an accredited program.
Work environment involves exposure to blood, body fluids, and potential hazards.
Requires physical agility, effective communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
