motivated and high-energy Account Executives looking to accelerate
their careers in B2B tech sales. This on-site sales role in Dallas,
TX is perfect for driven professionals who thrive in a fast-paced,

relationships. As a Sales Account Executive, you'll be the first
point of contact for potential customers, responsible for outbound
prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline development—all
critical to driving business growth. Our client delivers

and world-class support. Key Responsibilities Proactively prospect
and engage SMB clients through cold calling, emailing, virtual
outreach, and in-person conversations. Run discovery calls to
understand client pain points and pitch tailored solutions that
guarantee 100% uptime. Consistently hit and exceed monthly and
quarterly sales quotas through outbound-driven pipeline generation.
Manage leads, opportunities, and pipeline accurately using CRM
software (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce). Build trust with prospects
and nurture long-term customer relationships to increase client
lifetime value. Provide feedback to improve internal processes and
playbooks as the company scales. Demonstrate leadership qualities
with the potential to grow into a team lead or manager role.
Requirements Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in
telecom, SaaS, or technology. Proven experience with cold outreach,
outbound prospecting, and full-cycle deal closing. Strong track
record of hitting and exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in CRM
systems for pipeline management and sales reporting. Excellent
written and verbal communication skills with a confident,
consultative selling style. Self-starter with a hustle
mindset—eager to take initiative and own results. Must be based in
the Dallas–Fort Worth area and available to work on-site at the
