Job Title: Inside Sales Representative Location-Type: Onsite 5x/week for first 90 days, then Hybrid (3x a week onsite) – Southlake, TX 76092 Start Date Is: 2/16/2026 Duration: Permanent Compensation Range: $50-60k base salary (OTE: $80-$85k) Job Description: The Inside Sales Representative supports revenue growth by engaging warm leads and existing customers, qualifying needs, and delivering product-based solutions through high-volume outbound and inbound communication. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Engage ~50 customers per day via phone/email (primarily calls) Work warm leads and established customer accounts Qualify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions Grow and maintain an assigned customer base Partner with internal sales leadership to move opportunities through the pipeline Maintain accurate activity tracking and follow-up using CRM and MS tools Requirements: Must-Haves: Strong verbal communication skills Comfort with high-volume outbound calling Customer-facing experience (sales, service, retail, hospitality, etc.) Competitive, coachable, and motivated to grow Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Basic computer proficiency (Outlook, MS Teams, MS Office) Nice-to-Haves: Inside sales experience (B2B preferred but not required) CRM exposure (Salesforce or similar)
