Maintenance Mechanic - Beverage Bottler - Plano, TX

Ideal candidate will have experience with liquid fillers, cappers, labelers, cartoners, ink jet printers, and over-wrappers.

Provide maintenance support for the beverage bottling production lines involving Beverage Bottling & Packaging Equipment including:

*** Bottle Handling
-- Conveyors
-- Accumulators, Sorters, Orienters & Unscramblers

*** Continuous Motion Inline & Rotary Bottle Fillers & Cappers
-- Rinsers & Rinse Valves
-- Liquid Fillers & Fill Heads
-- Cappers & Cap Head Assemblies

*** Carbonators

*** Water Filtration Systems

*** Labeling Equipment
-- Laser Printers
-- Ink Jet Printers
-- Sleeve Labelers
-- Shrink Wrappers

*** Boxers & Palletizers:

Typical Activities:

*** Assemble, disassemble, repair and set up packaging machinery within set guidelines

*** Ensures lines are operating to meet production schedule and targets.

*** Conducts repairs, running adjustments, preventative and breakdown maintenance and trouble shooting.

*** Identifies routine and unique problems with equipment and recommends solutions to routine and unique equipment problems.

*** Communicates with other mechanics and supervisor on key issues.
