of a Fortune 7 company. Position Summary: This position is
responsible for financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for
Ontada. This role will focus on developing, interpreting and
implementing financial concepts for financial planning and control
and performing analysis to determine present and future financial
performance. This role will also gather, analyze, prepare and
summarize recommendations for financial plans and operating
forecasts. Key Accountabilities Develop accurate monthly forecasts
to capture current and future forecast adjustments and provide line
of sight into full-year business performance. Coordinate monthly
close processes for the businesses by providing scheduled reporting
and variance analysis, P&L walks, allocations review, journal
entries, and other ad-hoc requests. Prepare ad-hoc monthly and
quarterly reporting and variance analysis to provide insight to
operating performance Act as a strategic FP&A business partner
to these segments by providing proactive financial analysis to
support business operations, thought leadership, and continual
process improvement. Create financial models for strategic and
annual planning that simulate business operations and performance
Develop presentations for Senior Management that provide line of
sight into financial performance Assist subsegment business
partners with identifying key operating metrics that best defines
their performance and setup measurements to monitor results Ad Hoc
Request / Special Projects Initiating and carrying out special
pricing projects of varying nature and complexity with limited
supervision by clarifying objectives and assumptions or making
appropriate judgments where necessary. Participate in process
improvement initiatives or projects related to business unit
objectives. Typical Minimum Requirements 7 years of relevant
Finance or Analytics experience Degree or equivalent experience
required; MBA preferred Critical Skills 5 years of experience in
financial analysis including budgeting, forecasting, monthly close
processes, variance analysis, and financial/business reporting
Technical Finance Knowledge - Demonstrates the knowledge of and
applies relevant GAAP, emerging accounting and finance issues,
other applicable or emerging regulation standards, and corporate
governance requirements Problem solving, analytical, and financial
modeling skills Ability to work with and communicate with all
organization levels, including senior management; ability to
articulate, present and explain financial information to
non-finance professionals Project Management experience is required
with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize
appropriately to meet competing deadlines Must be proficient in
Excel, PowerPoint Additional Skills Thorough knowledge of finance
policies, practices and systems Large ERP system experience desired
(SAP, Hyperion, TM1, etc.) Physical Requirements General Office

other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive
opportunities may be offered. Our Base Pay Range for this position
