Dial One Johnson Plumbing Cooling and Heating is looking to hire a bilingual, experienced, detail-oriented residential HVAC Technician to join our growing team. The technician will be skilled in performing routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on residential HVAC equipment. Strong customer service skills are required along with the ability to communicate plumbing and customer service terms in both Spanish and English. This position has the potential for growth within the company, as we are expanding. Year round work available. Guaranteed minimum weekly pay, even during the winter time.

To be successful in this role, customer satisfaction, safety and comfort should be your top priority. Ideal candidates will be patient, and have excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills.

HVAC Technician Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and heating and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
• Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems and parts.
• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Providing customers with appropriate repair and replacement options that meet their needs in both Spanish or English
• Maintaining logs and records of all maintenance functions.
• Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
  HVAC Technician Requirements:
  
  • Eagerness to learn, work, and grow within the company.
  • High school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as an HVAC technician, and willingness to continue education in HVAC field.
  • Valid driver's license with no DUIs in the past 5 years.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills, along with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work after hours, weekends and on public holidays with little to no notice.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces.
  • EPA Certification required.
  • Registered with the State of Texas.
  • Fluent in plumbing terms and customer service terms in both Spanish and English

    Pay: $60,000. - $120,000. per year when technician meet our goals.
