Job Description:
OverviewAs an Assistant Store Manager ("ASM"), you will use your
customer service and leadership experience to provide a white-glove
experience for our customers. Our Assistant Store Managers develop
their leadership skills in real-time by assisting store leaders
with recovery processes, customer outreach, and risk mitigation.
You will participate in training and coaching Customer Service
Representatives, where applicable, while being a champion for
compliance and ensuring Company standards are met. In return, we

allow you to truly shine.ResponsibilitiesProvide an exceptional
customer experience throughout the full cycle of the loan or pawn
process by educating consumers and making recommendations based on
their financial needs.Assist account management and recovery
processes, including collection calls, while maintaining a focus on
customer service to prevent account charge offs and loss.Work to
meet Company-set performance standards by leveraging
business-to-business partnership opportunities, obtaining
referrals, and participating in and hosting in-store and community
events.Develop customer relationships to build new business,
maintain store profitability, and further brand loyalty and
recognition.Provide support, coaching, and development to Customer
Service Representatives, when applicable, to ensure adherence to
quality standards and safety procedures.Maintain customer
information in the point of sale (POS) system with accuracy and
integrity.Help ensure a work environment that upholds compliance
with Company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and
federal laws and regulations.Maintain office security protocols and
conduct proper opening and closing procedures, including management
of vault, cash drawer, and bank deposits.Monitor and maintain
internal and external store appearance and cleanliness, addressing
basic facility needs and scheduling maintenance services.Work
efficiently in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment and
handle multiple challenging tasks with ease to meet individual and
team performance standards.Utilize strong interpersonal skills to
communicate and interact with customers and Team Members at all
levels.Ability to maintain a full-time work schedule with regular
in-person attendance, including limited Saturday hours, is required
for this position. A full-time work schedule for this position
includes, at a minimum, 40-hours per week*.*Store hours, schedules,
and/or the minimum number of hours required for this position may
be subject to change by brand entity and at the sole discretion of

requirements.Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant
leadership experience
- Minimum one year experience in customer service, sales, or
retail
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to
use throughout the workday (mileage compensated)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and
other systems
- Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
- Background check required. All background checks are conducted,
and their results are considered, in accordance with applicable
law.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which
frequently include: the ability to remain in a stationary position,
the ability to move and transport up to 25 pounds, the ability to
move about inside and outside of the store, and the operation of
mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.Preferred Qualifications

- Associate degree or higher
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and may be required for
