Coordinator is responsible for the inspection of homes in this HOA
community in order to enforce the Deed Restrictions of the
Association. Duties include: Drive-by inspection of properties in
Association neighborhood for Deed Restriction compliance, issuing
violation notices, maintaining accurate records and monthly
reports, timely follow-through for violations issued, taking calls
and educating homeowners, responding to homeowners requests and
concerns, and other coordination of compliance issues. Some
additional requirements for phone/administrative support. Because
the position requires drive-by inspections, a current Driver's
License and reliable automobile is a necessity. Mileage
reimbursement is provided for all company mileage at the current
government rate per mile.CMA provides competitive pay with a full

Requirements:
Qualifications: High School diploma or GED: and 1 year related
Business experience with customer service emphasis. Must have keen
eye for detail, strong customer service skills, and be highly
organized. In addition, must have the ability to read and interpret
business documents, strong computer skills-IPAD experience, quickly
adapt to new software, write business correspondence, and handle
client calls with the utmost of professionalism and courtesy.
