What you’ll do as
a Human Resources Recruiter:
- You will manage all aspects of our recruiting
process, including active recruiting, scheduling, and performing
interviews, answering candidates’ questions, and informing
candidates of our benefit offerings, job opportunities,
compensation structure, career paths, and family-centered
- Organize and host job fairs, outreach campaigns,
and other events.
- Add the candidates you meet into our Applicant
- Serve as a brand ambassador and build positive
brand awareness within the communities we serve.
- You will also attend student group meetings and
increase college awareness of our company before and after career
What skills you’ll need:
- You have a passion and eagerness for finding
great people who fit our company culture.
- Ideally, you have a bachelor’s degree in a

This position involves in-office work and travel for recruiting
events, relationship development, training, and team meetings. Some
