Job Description:
Description Summary Responsibilities include implementation,
maintenance, support, development of communications network.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other
Duties not listed may include assigned. Data
Analysis/Communication/Issue Resolution Prevention - % of Job 80%
Install new hardware/software and setup employee accounts. Build or
configure new hardware, install and update software packages, and
create and maintain computer networks. Provide first line computer
related hardware and software support to end users. Design
documentation with purpose statements, test plans, required
personnel, hardware resources, costs estimates, and schedules.
Other duties as assigned. Warehouse Efficiencies Cost Reduction - %
of Job 10% Implements warehouse efficiencies and cost reduction
programs to assist the company in making better merchandise flow
decisions by conducting thorough analysis on key areas which are
causing product and delivery issues. Builds and maintains a work
environment that is positive and is supported by open feedback and
two-way communication at all levels. Team Leadership - % of Job -
10% Responsible for maintaining a positive work environment while
supporting the companys culture. Responsible for fostering a
healthy and safe work environment, focusing on the well-being of
all associates. Maintains and strengthens internal, external
customer, and supplier relationships. Communicates and works well
with all business partners. Ensures inventory management and
merchandise allocation flows product through the warehouse in the
most cost efficient and productive manner Qualifications Education
or Experience or Demonstrated Skill Set Requires a Bachelors degree
in computer science or IS related field. Working experience of 1-3
years computer hardware and software support . Knowledge on SQL and
database is a plus. Fluent in English. Manufacturing or service
industry experience is a plus. Demonstrated skill set while working
with Temp Agency Essential Skills: Strong in written and oral
communication skills Ability to do multi-task and tasks
prioritization. Ability to work independently with minimal
supervision. Effectively communicates concepts with various levels
of the organization. Competencies: Shows determination to achieve

Inspires commitment Working Condition Must be able to tolerate
moderate to high noise levels in a warehouse environment. Office
and outside environmental conditions found in the warehouse, hot in
the summer, cold in the winter. Individuals may need to walk for an
extensive period of time while working and walking the facilities;
to reach over shoulder heights; bend or stoop below the waist;
repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movement; occasional lifting up
