Lateral Partner – Build and Grow Your Practice A respected
midsize law firm in Collin County is opening the door to its next
generation of leaders. With a strong foundation in litigation ,
construction law , eminent domain , estate planning , and real
estate , the firm is seeking a lateral partner whose practice
complements its existing strengths and whose entrepreneurial spirit
matches its forward-looking vision. What You’ll Do: Manage and
deliver outstanding legal work for clients. Originate and grow
client relationships that enhance the firm’s portfolio. Collaborate
with peers and firm leadership to expand practice capabilities.
Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the firm’s culture of
collaboration. What We’re Looking For: A civil practice area that
complements the firm (such as litigation, employment law, real
estate, bankruptcy, probate, or family law). A demonstrated ability
to develop a book of business or a strong commitment to building
one. Subject matter expertise with the drive to lead and grow.
Exceptional client service and communication skills. Compensation:
Partner compensation is based on a percentage of collections.
Hybrid compensation options may be available for the right
