Saenz-Garcia Law, PLLC, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our dynamic legal team! As a Family Law Attorney, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to clients in various family law matters in the DFW counties and surrounding counties. Responsibilities: - Represent clients in family law matters and court proceedings, including SAPCRs and Divorce proceedings. - Prepare and draft pleadings for Family Court - Dallas, Tarrant, Collin and Denton County Courts. - Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date with changes in family law. - Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on family law matters. - Prepare for and attend Family Court proceedings and hearings. - Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure timely and accurate completion of cases. - Maintain accurate and detailed case records, including client communication and case progress.
