A reputed law firm is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join its growing Corporate/M&A practice in Dallas, TX. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to work alongside top attorneys on complex transactions.

They have a hybrid schedule (3x in office/week).

Responsibilities:

Support attorneys on M&A deals, entity formation, and corporate governance
Draft and review key documents (operating agreements, board resolutions, closing binders, etc.)
Manage compliance filings and corporate records across jurisdictions
Coordinate transaction closings, signature packets, and post-closing logistics
Communicate with clients, regulatory agencies, and vendors
Maintain cap tables, calendars, and file management systems
Track and log billable time and case expenses

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal at a law firm
Strong knowledge of corporate law, entity formation, and compliance
Experience supporting general corporate transactions - real estate, M&A, IP etc
Paralegal certificate (preferred); bachelor's degree (preferred)
Excellent communication, organizational, and tech skills

Experience with Microsoft Office + legal systems (iManage, Aderant, and Chromeriver)
