initiatives. This role requires proven ability to lead complex
programs, manage risk, and foster innovation while ensuring
operational excellence. Core Leadership Competencies Executive

with senior leadership, lead platform reviews, and align technology

Collaboration: Expertise in fostering synergies across programs and

stakeholders. Technical Expertise Enterprise Data Platforms &
Modernization: Deep experience in Hadoop ecosystems, Cloudera CDP
upgrades, federated compute/storage architecture, and advanced data
lake solutions. Infrastructure Scaling & Optimization: Proven
ability to deliver creative infrastructure growth, implement secure
and governed architectures, and enable self-service capabilities.
Risk Management & Compliance: Strong background in vulnerability
remediation) OS upgrades and automation strategies to reduce
technical debt and improve efficiency. Innovation & Emerging
Technologies: Track record of delivering AI/GenAI solutions,
decommissioning legacy platforms, and implementing cost-efficient
in-house models. Strategic Program Delivery Successful execution of
large-scale application migrations, platform upgrades, and
modernization initiatives supporting critical regulatory programs.
Ability to secure and manage multi-million-dollar funding for
technology programs, ensuring alignment with organizational
priorities. Organizational Engagement Active participation in
executive leadership programs and innovation councils. Commitment
to diversity and inclusion through mentorship and community
engagement. Leadership in associate engagement initiatives, driving
recognition and cultural impact across global teams. Required
Qualifications Over a decade of executive experience leading
large?scale data platform strategies across Hadoop, Teradata and
distributed computing systems. Proven leadership in enterprise data
architecture, driving scalability, reliability, and modernization
of complex analytics platforms. Oversight of security and identity
integration, including large?scale AD/Kerberos implementations to
strengthen enterprise data governance. Experience in cluster
optimization and performance engineering, ensuring efficient
resource management and operational excellence. Broad technical
leadership spanning infrastructure, data engineering, automation,
and modern development practices Strong champion of DevOps,
automation, and continuous delivery, advancing engineering
efficiency through tools like Ansible, Jenkins, and Bitbucket.
Track record of building high?performing engineering teams,
uplifting standards for monitoring, alerting, and operational
