To strengthen our IT operations, we seek a seasoned SAP Basis Manager whose expertise will drive optimal performance, availability, and security of our SAP systems. This role requires someone passionate about technology and adept in managing complex IT infrastructures in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will spearhead SAP systems administration, monitor system performance, and ensure seamless integration of new technologies into our existing landscape while prioritizing operational efficiency and innovation. Manage and oversee the SAP Basis administration for both ABAP and Java stacks Lead SAP technical upgrades, patching, and system maintenance activities Ensure the security, integrity, and high availability of SAP systems Work collaboratively with other departments to support and integrate business processes and technologies Monitor systems performance, implement performance tuning strategies, and report on system statuses Plan and manage SAP environment installations and migrations Coordinate with vendors and technology stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues Develop and maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures Provide training and technical support to the IT team and end-users as needed In-depth knowledge of SAP Basis administration and database technologies Proficiency with SAP HANA, SAP NetWeaver Understanding of system hardware, operating systems, and network infrastructure relating to SAP environments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent leadership and communication abilities SAP Certified Technology Associate SAP Certified Technology Specialist - SAP HANA Installation
