Job Description Job Description Now Hiring: District Manager at Burger King (QSR) Pay Rate: $55000 per year - $80000 per year Position Summary The District Manager oversees multiple Burger King restaurants within East Texas, driving operational excellence, profitability, brand standards, and team development. Key Responsibilities Lead and coach Restaurant General Managers across all locations Ensure execution of Burger King operational standards, food safety, and guest experience Drive sales growth, labor control, food cost, PLV, and overall profitability Review P&Ls and performance metrics, implementing improvement plans as needed Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing leadership teams Ensure compliance with franchise requirements and company policies Qualifications 3-5 years of multi-unit QSR management experience preferred Strong operational, financial, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple locations and teams Compensation Base Salary: $55,000 – $80,000 annually (depending on experience) Performance Bonus: Up to 20% of base salary based on results
