As one of the dental hygienists at our practice, you will play an integral role in ensuring the oral health and well-being of our valued patients. You will work alongside our highly experienced dental team to provide exemplary preventive care, promote patient education, and ensure that every patient feels comfortable and cared for. (New grads are welcome) Responsibilities Perform dental cleanings, including scaling and root planing, with the highest standard of care. Capture and develop high-quality dental X-rays. Educate patients on optimal oral hygiene practices and overall dental health to empower them to make informed decisions about their care. Assist the dentist in managing oral health concerns, providing exceptional patient support throughout. Maintain meticulous, up-to-date patient records and treatment documentation. Ensure the cleanliness, sterilization, and organization of treatment rooms and dental instruments. Ensure patient comfort and satisfaction throughout dental procedures. Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in dental hygiene practices through ongoing professional development. Qualifications Valid Dental Hygienist license and certification in the State of Texas. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a high degree of autonomy. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Familiarity with dental office management software and systems is preferred. Benefits: Dental, PTO, Bonuses Compensation: $45-$60/hour
