HCA Healthcare, a preeminent provider of patient-centered medical services, seeks a dedicated Respiratory Therapist CRT (Certified Respiratory Therapist) for PRN (pro re nata/as needed) positions across our extensive network of care facilities. This role demands precision and compassion, providing critical respiratory care and support under varying patient conditions, guided by our commitment to improve human life. Assess and monitor patient respiratory conditions via clinical data and discussions with healthcare team members. Administer and manage treatments like aerosol medications, medical gas, and ventilator support. Educate patients and families about respiratory treatments and maintenance regimes. Document patient care services and treatment plans in patient records accurately. Participate in clinical teams to provide comprehensive respiratory care. Strong diagnostic abilities and proficiency in using respiratory care equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to operate under stress and respond effectively to emergency situations. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active state license as a Certified Respiratory Therapist. BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
