Job Description Role:- Medical Assistant The Medical Assistant
supports nurses and care teams in the use of clinical systems and
medical devices, ensuring smooth installation, training,
troubleshooting, and compliance to maintain quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities Clinical Training & Support Train
nurses/caregivers on device use and readings Provide on-site/remote
troubleshooting support Assist with telehealth assessments and
stable patient reviews Ensure protocol and HIPAA compliance Device
Setup & Maintenance Coordinate RPM device installation,
calibration, and testing Resolve minor hardware/software issues;
escalate when needed Replace faulty devices and ensure firmware
updates Documentation & Coordination Maintain service logs and
report recurring issues Track device inventory and deployments
Coordinate with clinical, technical, and logistics teams
Qualifications CNA, Paramedic, or MA certification (at least one
required) 2–3 years’ relevant healthcare/device experience Valid
driver’s license; frequent travel required Strong communication,
troubleshooting, and organizational skills
