Touchstone Communities is seeking a dedicated LVN Charge Nurse to lead nursing staff and oversee patient care at our senior living facilities. This role requires a passion for geriatric care and a commitment to ensuring a high standard of clinical excellence. The successful candidate will not only have the necessary clinical skills but also a compassionate approach to help enhance our residents' quality of life. Coordinate and manage nursing care plans alongside other health professionals. Supervise nursing staff and provide clinical direction to ensure high-quality care. Monitor patient health status and responses to treatment. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and maintain accurate patient records. Engage in continuous education and training to remain abreast of industry developments. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in nursing practices, especially in geriatric care. Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively. Competency in healthcare software and record-keeping. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current LVN license in the state of Texas. CPR certified. Should ideally have completed a supervisory training program specific to healthcare.
