Inpatient PM&R Physician / Medical Director Tyler, Texas
Position Type: Full-Time Leadership Opportunity About the
Opportunity: Join a leading 49-bed Rehabilitation Center in Tyler,
Texas, as an Inpatient Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
(PM&R) Physician. This is a unique opportunity to step directly
into a Medical Director role or join a leadership-track position
with strong mentorship and administrative support to grow into
directorship. Practice Details: 1.0 FTE position (80% clinical /
20% administrative) Join an experienced multidisciplinary team: 1
NP, PTs, nurses, and dedicated rehab staff Schedule: Monday-Friday,
8 a.m.-5 p.m. (flexible scheduling available) Call: 7 days per
month, including 1 weekend Daily census: 16-20 patients EMR: Epic
Teaching opportunities available Option for outpatient clinic if
desired Compensation & Benefits: Base salary wRVU production
