Physical Therapist Location: Tyler, TX Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,966 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: PT Acute Care Hospital Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (09:00 - 17:30) Experience: 2 years preferred License: State license required Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Travel experience preferred, not required Description: Physical Therapist needed for an acute care setting. The position requires a commitment to 5 eight-hour shifts per week. Candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience. Experience in a travel capacity is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates must hold a valid state license and BLS certification. Charting experience with Epic is required. Responsibilities include treating patients with a variety of conditions. Experience with acute care, outpatient clinic, rehabilitation hospital, skilled nursing facility, and knowledge of various conditions such as low back pain, post-operative rehabilitation, and cognitive disorders is essential. Must engage in patient and family education and develop home exercise programs. Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team is expected to provide comprehensive patient care.
