You’ll assess, diagnose, treat, and educate patients while collaborating closely with a team of dedicated professionals to ensure comprehensive care and best outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Perform thorough physical exams and health assessments for patients. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, ensuring precision in diagnosis and treatment planning. Prescribe medications and therapies, always considering safety, efficacy, and patient well-being. Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans in partnership with supervising physicians. Provide valuable patient and family education on medical conditions, treatment plans, and preventative health measures. Cultivate lasting relationships with patients and their families, becoming a trusted healthcare provider and advocate. Note: Benefits may vary based upon position type and/or level What We’re Looking For: A team-oriented and compassionate provider with a focus on primary care. Excellent clinical skills and the ability to create personalized treatment plans. A passion for collaborative care, working with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals to achieve the best possible patient outcomes. Ability to engage with patients and families, providing education and support in a clear and empathetic manner. Spanish speakig preferred. This position also offers a bonus structure on top of the annual pay.
