for a Occupational Therapist (PT) who brings energy, compassion,
and a team-first mindset to help patients move better, feel
stronger, and get back to what they love. What You'll Do: Evaluate
patients and develop individualized, evidence-based occupational
therapy treatment plans Provide skilled interventions focused on
activities of daily living, functional mobility, and life skills
Collaborate with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and
interdisciplinary team members Educate patients and caregivers on
adaptive techniques, equipment, and home programs Monitor progress
and adjust plans of care to achieve optimal functional outcomes
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR Qualifications:
Doctorate, Master's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
from an accredited program Current Occupational Therapist state
licensure CPR and BLS certification Strong interpersonal,
communication, and organizational skills New graduates are welcome
