THIS JOB WILL REQUIRE THE APPLICANTS TO BE WILLING TO GO TO THE
FOLLOWING LOCATIONS TO CONDUCT VISITS:
_ Cedar Hill and Grand Prairie, _ AND SOME SURROUDING AREAS. YOU
WILL NOT BE EXPECTED TO GO TO ALL LOCATIONS EACH DAY, VISITS WILL
BE CONCENTRATED TO ONE AREA AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. Also please not
that our office is located in Midlothian if ever you need
assistance with our staff and would like to visit with office
personnel in person.The position requires someone that communicates
well with the geriatric population and other clinical staff. Will
be responsible for scheduling their own appointments and
supervising PTAs. This position is part-time with the potential for
a full-time case load.
Job Summary:
The Clinical Manager is a Physical Therapist who ensures the
quality of care, and manages the complex, interdisciplinary care of
home health patients. Provides oversight of all patient care
services and personnel. May delegate functions to others, while
maintaining responsibility for assuring that supervision is done
appropriately.

Reports to the Administrator, Supervises all personnel.
Job Qualifications:
Education:
Meets the educational requirement of h) for a Physical
Therapist.
Licensure:
Be a Physical Therapist (PT) licensed in the state of Texas.
Experience:
Managerial experience required. Home Health experience preferred.
Must have at least one year experience as a Physical Therapist in a
clinical managerial position.
Skills:
Clinical, managerial, and communication skills needed to
successfully fulfill his or her responsibilities. Must read, write
and comprehend English.
Transportation:
Reliable transportation.
Environmental and Working Conditions:
Performs duties in an office environment during agency operating
hours on rare occiasions.
But will mostly be in the homes of our patients in the following
cities:
Mansfield, Arlington, Grand Prairie, Cedar Hill but not limited to
just theses areas. Must be available during all operating
hours.
Physical and Mental Effort:
Prolonged sitting required, with ability to operate office
equipment which may include heavy lifting, bending and standing.
Requires ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and
courteous manner at all times. Requires working under some
stressful conditions to meet deadlines and patient needs. Able to
make quick decisions and access resources.

Coordinates patient care and referrals c
Makes patient and personnel assignments c
Provides oversight and direct supervision of staff.
Participates in the QAPI Committee when delegated such duty.
Assures that patient needs are continually assessed c
Assures the development, implementation, and updates of the
individualized Plan of Care c
Available to patients for questions regarding their services via
phone or email e)(5)
Meets mandatory continuing education requirements of the
agency/licensing board.
Job Type:
Full Time but Part Time may be offered.
PT will travel to the following areas:
_ MANSFIELD, ARLINGTON, GRAND PRAIRIE, CEDAR HILL _ and surrounding
cities.
Salary:
$60, $95,000.00 per year
