Field Service Manager Supervisor Director Manufacturing Production Line Machinery Automation Automated Assembly Fabrication Processing Packaging _.

Seeking experienced field service manager with track record managing operations that install, retrofit, maintain, troubleshoot, repair and program industrial manufacturing machinery.

Activities:

*** Develop and implement Operating Plan for regional Automated Manufacturing Production Line service centers.

*** Track and report key business metrics.

*** Select, train, coach and develops field service and internal customer service staff.

*** Oversee field service activities.

*** Prepare and deliver quotes to customers.

*** Administer maintenance contracts.

*** Develop improvements in methods, procedures, structure, etc.

*** Maintain operations within budgetary guidelines.
