If you want to make a difference, then Selene is the place for you!Job Title: Manager, Product ManagementPosition Summary: The Manager, Product Management provides customer support for the mortgage servicing platform and oversees a wide variety of immediate and longer-term initiatives. As the "expert" in these business tools, the Product Manager is the knowledgeable resource for how these systems function and integrate with one another. The manager is responsible for system releases and upgrades, payee services, job scheduling, and second level internal help desk services. This position acts independently to prioritize and schedule all work.Essential Duties: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties will be assigned as needed.

  • Manages the Product Administration Support team according to policies and guidelines. This includes all aspects of Line Management such as training and development, performance monitoring, appraisals and objective setting, HR issues, resource management, and recruitment.
  • Review and coordinate all vendor communications, providing categorization and prioritization.
  • Conduct comprehensive documentation reviews of vendor documentation and identify Selene specific changes.
  • Provide documentation on the life cycle of Selene use of vendor products.
  • Provide product life cycle management for vendor products and Selene integration.
  • Provide level 1 technical support.
  • Monitor all change management for vendor products.
  • Provide UAT coordination and QA coordination in the test region.
  • Monitor all loan count volumes and use of the test region.
  • Coordinate all vendor cases and synchronization with Selene task tracking systems.
  • Review and maintain internal product documentation.
  • Own and develop the Product Requirements Document that specifies detailed functionality, required integrations, use cases and key metrics that need to be part of the product.
  • Keep a library of Runbooks for the different third-party products.
  • Analyze technical information from equipment, third-party data partners and client environments utilized to provide direction to the development team.
  • Manage and prioritize incorporation of outstanding issues and features into product roadmaps throughout their life cycle.
  • Review software bugs identified during beta testing or after release and prioritize action.
  • Help to define the user model and user interface for new and existing products and features.
  • Collaborate with the Design team to develop high-level and/or detailed storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Support multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate daily with the Design, Development and Project Management Teams.Qualifications:

      • 5+ years of Mortgage Servicing Experience
      • 3+ years of experience in Mortgage Servicing System Administrator role
      • Prefer experience in ICE Mortgage Services suite of mortgage servicing products including MSP/Director, Servicing Digital, Loss Mitigation, Loan Boarding, LoanSphere BK/FC, Claims, Invoicing, and Magnified Web Services.Education/Experience: Requires a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).Bachelor's degree and five or more years of experience managing Mortgage Servicing Systems.Language Ability:Ability to read and understand business users' needs and priorities for servicing system support. Ability to effectively communicate priorities and solutions with business end users.Math Ability:Ability to work with basic math concepts and tools, such as MS Excel. Ability to apply concepts such as NPV, fractions, percentages, ratios to practical situations.Reasoning Ability:Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Must be able to self-manage priorities based on business need/demand.Computer Skills:To perform this job successfully, the candidate should have strong knowledge of Mortgage Servicing System technologies including the integrated MSP platform suite, Microsoft tools - Excel, Access, Word, Visio, Sharepoint, Exchange, internet software, database software, and mortgage loan servicing systems.Certificates and Licenses:No certifications required.Work Environment:The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
