key member of the HR leadership team, you will champion people
analytics across the organization, articulating and executing the
vision and strategy. Your role involves managing and enhancing
analytics technologies, ensuring insights are actionable, and
building future-ready capabilities for the analytics team.What

- Develop advanced analytics capabilities and solutions that
deliver actionable insights into the employee experience and
support strategic initiatives to create a world-class employee
experience.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of people
analytics professionals. Foster a culture of innovation,
accountability, and collaboration, ensuring the team delivers
high-impact solutions.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to staff through
delegation, consultation, and evaluation.
- Partner with senior leadership to create comprehensive reports
and dashboards that provide visibility into trends and outcomes.
Present findings and actionable recommendations to influence
decision-making at the highest levels.
- Serve as a thought partner to People Leaders by translating
complex data into actionable insights that inform talent
strategy.
- Drive HR Business Analytics program initiatives from concept to
implementation, utilizing agile project management
methodologies.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in analytics
delivery and consumption. Define scalable solutions and tools that
enhance efficiency and responsiveness.
- Develop and implement data analyses, create visualizations, and
perform predictive analytics to provide insights across the
organization.
- Lead teams in creating and maintaining Tableau dashboards for
operational and leadership insights.
- Define and track performance metrics, develop scorecards, and
drive improvement initiatives.
- Ensure data activities align with privacy standards and promote
a risk-aware data culture ensuring compliance.
- Manage large data sets to support decision-making through
relevant observations.
- Maintain operational excellence with high-quality data
transformation, cleansing, and integrity assurance.
- Execute the People Analytics strategy to bring scalable,
efficient, and automated processes to the organization.All you'll

Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent
experience/training
- 5+ years leading teams
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through data
storytelling and insight
- 7+ years in an analytical role using advanced toolsPreferred
Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience
- Masters in Analytics, IO Psychology, MBA, or similar
- People Analytics experience or coursework
- Expertise in predictive modeling, data visualization, and
influencing business outcomes
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, innovate, and improve analytics
capabilitiesSkills, Licenses & Certifications
- Experience leading teams towards strategic visions, fostering
innovation and accountability
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting findings to
senior leadership
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical
methods and predictive analytics
- Deep knowledge of HR practices and translating data into talent
strategies
- Ability to act as an internal consultant, understanding
business needs and providing actionable insights
- Managing multiple projects using agile methodologies
- Advanced knowledge of data tools like Alteryx, Tableau, Python,
and SQL
- Experience with cloud data lakes and HRIS systems ensuring data
integrity and compliance
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PMP, Certified
