A prestigious acute care facility in sunny Texas is actively looking for a dedicated Nurse Manager of Women's Services to lead their innovative Birth Center. - This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Maternity Services RN Manager to be a pivotal member of the leadership team.

This acute care facility is accredited by the Joint Commission and provides ample professional growth potential.
The Nurse Manager of Women's Services will enjoy working in this active birth center performing 200 deliveries monthly. This state-of-the-art department is Baby Friendly-designated and features 14 Labor and Delivery beds, 2 ORs, and 6 triage beds. The Maternity Services RN Manager will manage a strong team of 42 staff consisting of a Nurse Coordinator, Charge Nurses, Registered Nurses, and other support staff.
Reporting to the Director of Maternal Child Health Services, the Nurse Manager of Women's Services is responsible for the providing clinical, financial, and staffing oversight of the department. The ideal candidate has strong mentoring skills and experience leading growth and process improvement initiatives.
