Job Description:
You will be the Program Quality Engineering Manager for our
team. What You Will Be Doing As the Program Quality Engineering
Manager you will be responsible for leading a team of Quality and
Supplier Quality Engineers to implement and execute quality
requirements for LTIAMD. Your responsibilities will include, but
are not limited to: -Responsible for all aspects of Quality to
support manufacturing with inputs to and from proposals, contract
review, start-up, development, transition to production, production
and sustainment. Requires an understanding of quality tasks across
quality functions including hardware, software, systems and
suppliers/subcontractors, and customers. -Partners with program
teams for Quality execution of design, development, production and
mobilization phases of program execution. -Proficient in company
policies. -Performs contract reviews and flows down contract
quality requirements to quality team, including suppliers.
-Establishes and manages quality budgets and cost commitments. -
Supports the delivery of monthly contractual commitments through
problem solving of high-impact quality issues through reviews of
technical risk assessments, evaluation of corrective actions, and
documentation of customer concerns. - Participates in independent
program reviews to understand risks and drive Return to Green
plans. - Maintains a DCMA/Customer quality relationship.
Establishes and maintains effective Quality Program Team business
rhythm. - Develop strategic plans for team growth and development
for a proactive quality approach - Engage with other functional
organizations to drive process improvements and efficiencies as

CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires
special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a
secret clearance. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or
higher is STEM or equivalent years of experience - Strong
understanding of AS9100 and other industry quality standards -
Demonstrated ability to make critical decisions, set priorities and
provide succinct direction in a dynamic business environment. -
Experience developing and driving Quality Management strategies
resulting in optimal business outcomes. - Experience with creating
and implementing new processes, while effectively managing change -
Effective presentation skills and demonstrated ability to develop
messages and compelling strategies resulting in cross functional
teams implementing and executing innovative solutions. Desired
skills - Bachelor’s degree or higher is STEM preferred - Previous
management experience - Inclusive and customer focused behavior and
problem-solving abilities, developing employees, building
constructive partnering relationships with customers, employees,
DCMA, and other functions. - Demonstrated ability to create,
monitor and report on executive operations metrics. - Demonstrated
expertise leading and implementing continuous process improvement.
- Experience planning and/or executing Quality Engineering tools
(i.e. PPAP, APQP, Lean / Six Sigma) - Demonstrated ability to
collaborate and influence others by translating data to actionable
information that deliver results. - Experience in creating new
processes or methods to execute quality with affordability as a
focal point. - Demonstrated ability to evaluate opportunities,
weigh trade?offs, and make timely recommendations when data is
scarce or still emerging. -Ability to iterate quickly, gather
feedback, and refine decisions as more data becomes available.

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position
will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their
work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The
specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring
process. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a
variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional
flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40
hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time
away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off
benefits. Security Clearance Information This position requires a
government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for
consideration. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this
position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most
major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland,
Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is
$122,900 - $216,660. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
location. Please note that the salary information is a general
guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not
limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's
work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market
and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits
