The hands-on Engineer will work with the entire product line and involved from concept, design, to productionWill spend significant time creating statement of requirements, generating and maintaining BOMs, bug reporting and tracking in compliance with ISO-9001 standardsResponsibilities include PCB layout and design and maintenance of product datasheetsWill participate in engineering research and development Test sensors, record and interpreting dataWhen required make firmware changes based on test resultsResponsible for troubleshooting, fixing and improvementsComplex schedulingElectrical Engineer Background Profile:Required-Must have a bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering with a hardware focusAt least five years' experience in an electrical engineering role or equivalent discipline Looking for a focus on firmware and/or embedded systems developmentHighly prefer candidates with Leadership or Project Management experiencePreferred Experience-Ideally candidates with hazardous location product certification and/or intrinsically safe design principlesC Sharp (C#) programming for software development and C programming for firmware developmentPCB creation Understanding of electrical engineering schematicsMicrocontroller programming Microelectronic communications schemes Familiarity with datasheets and alternate componentsSolidWorks and ExcelFeatures and Benefits:Health, Dental, and Vision plans- company pays 70%STD, LTD, and Life3 weeks PTO plus 10 Holidays401k Frontline Source Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
