Job Description Job Description We are looking for a highly
motivated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in
Coppell, Texas. This role focuses on delivering exceptional support
to customers in the mortgage industry, addressing inquiries related
to payments, escrow, refinancing, and early-stage collections. As a
Contract to permanent position, it offers the opportunity for

promotion and ongoing development. Responsibilities: • Handle
inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced, high-volume call center
environment. • Address customer inquiries regarding mortgage
payments, escrow accounts, tax questions, and refinancing options.
• Manage early-stage collections for accounts up to 60 days past
due while maintaining a high standard of conduct. • Utilize
multiple systems and AI-driven tools to efficiently resolve
customer concerns. • Provide clear and effective communication to
ensure customer satisfaction. • Adapt to various customer scenarios
and troubleshoot connectivity issues effectively. • Collaborate
with team members and supervisors to improve processes and enhance
service quality. • Participate in rotational Saturday shifts,
ensuring timely support with compensatory time off. • Follow
business casual dress code and uphold company standards in all
interactions. • Leverage modern technologies to streamline
workflows and improve customer experience.• Proven experience in
customer service or call center roles, preferably in a
non-financial sector. • Ability to navigate multiple systems and
utilize AI tools proficiently. • Strong communication skills with a
focus on professionalism and problem resolution. • Resourcefulness
and adaptability in handling diverse customer situations. •
Familiarity with high-volume call environments and managing
inbound/outbound calls. • Knowledge of the mortgage industry and
related processes is preferred. • Experience with email
correspondence and troubleshooting connectivity issues. •
Commitment to performance-based growth and flexibility in work
scheduling.
