Responsibilities: Install and repair gutters and downspouts Inspect and clean gutters and downspouts Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner Adhere to safety standards and company policies Requirements: Prior experience in gutter installation and repair Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Compensation & Training: We provide comprehensive training to help you build the skills needed for success in this role. Once you've completed training and demonstrated proficiency, you'll be promoted to our production pay model , where you'll earn a percentage of the revenue from the jobs you completegiving you the opportunity to increase your earnings based on performance.
