Job Description Job Description A well-established office facility is looking for a dependable and skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day operations of its commercial building. This role focuses heavily on maintaining HVAC systems—especially chillers—and requires a strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and general building systems. The ideal candidate will be proactive, responsive to service requests, and capable of managing tasks with minimal supervision. Requirements : Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial or industrial maintenance is required Solid background in troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems Must be reliable and willing to provide occasional on-call support Previous HVAC and chiller system experience is preferred Hours : Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm Benefits : Enjoy comprehensive benefits once you're on the company's payroll.
