Job Description Job Description Job Title: Picker Packer Job Description Join our team as a Picker Packer, responsible for the accurate picking and packing of food products in a cold storage facility. This role requires attention to detail, proficiency in using RF scanners, and the ability to perform heavy lifting while being on your feet for the entirety of the shift. Responsibilities Accurately pick and pack food products using RF scanners. Maintain attention to detail to ensure correct product selection. Perform heavy lifting as required. Work efficiently in a cold storage environment. Essential Skills Experience in packaging and picking packing. Proficiency with RF scanner guns. Employees must be prepared to work in extremely cold conditions. The work schedule is the first shift, Monday through Thursday, from 6:30 am to 4:30 pm. Mondays and Wednesdays may require longer hours (10-12 hours), while Tuesdays and Thursdays are standard 8-hour days. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denton, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
