This position calls for a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills, capable of navigating complex claims processes and delivering results that align with our commitment to customer service excellence. Evaluate and analyze casualty claims to determine the extent of the company's liability. Negotiate settlements in a timely and fair manner. Interact with claimants, witnesses, and medical professionals to gather necessary information. Work closely with legal counsel on litigated claims to ensure the defense strategy is aligned with company policies. Document and maintain all claim files in a comprehensive and compliant manner. Stay informed of changes in the law and industry regulations that may impact claims processing.
