In this strategic role, you will oversee the valuation of investments and assets, ensuring they reflect current market conditions and adhere to all regulatory and industry standards. Your expertise will help guide investment decisions and financial reporting, contributing to the firm's reputation as a trustworthy and effective asset manager. Lead the valuation process for investments, determining fair values of assets under management. Develop and implement valuation methodologies in line with industry standards. Work closely with investment teams to provide insights that impact investment strategies. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and engage with auditors to verify asset valuations. Provide strategic direction to the valuations team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement. Communicate valuation results and methodologies clearly to senior management and external stakeholders. Strong financial modeling and quantitative skills Expertise in market, credit, and operational risk assessment Proficient in valuation software and tools Excellent leadership and communication abilities Capable of complex decision-making and problem-solving under pressure Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) preferable
