Full-Time General Description Corporate Hospitality Services (CHS)
is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Reservation Agent
Specialist to join our growing team. This position plays a critical
role in delivering accurate, timely, and cost-effective lodging
solutions for our clients within the oilfield hospitality industry.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills,
exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to perform
effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while
maintaining CHS’s standard of service excellence. Essential Duties
and Responsibilities Answer and screen incoming calls in a
professional, courteous, and efficient manner Accurately collect
client lodging requirements and enter all data into the reservation
queue system Monitor and respond to reservation and lodging-related
emails, assigning or escalating tasks as necessary Book lodging
accommodations accurately and within required timeframes Coordinate
directly with hotels to confirm reservations, modify bookings, and
resolve lodging issues Communicate lodging confirmations, updates,
and issues to clients promptly and professionally Negotiate and
confirm hotel rates to ensure cost-effective solutions for clients
Review Salesforce entries to prevent duplicate or conflicting
reservations Inform clients of applicable hotel policies that may
result in additional charges, including cancellation fees, parking
fees, or other hotel-imposed costs Address and resolve client
concerns related to CHS lodging facilities in a timely manner
Complete nightly check-in call lists and thoroughly document all
communications and actions in Salesforce Experience and
Qualifications Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a
Lodging Coordinator or in a comparable reservation role ( required
) Previous experience in the hospitality or lodging industry (
preferred ) Strong customer service and interpersonal communication
skills Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and
work effectively under pressure Strong attention to detail and
organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a
team while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
