For the last 30 years we have been providing excellent service to our clients. -We are growing and as a result need to hire some amazing talent.We are looking for an experienced Audit Manager to join our team. The Audit Manager will oversee and manage a team of auditors to ensure that financial statements are in accordance with GAAP and other applicable regulations. The successful candidate will have a CPA and preferably have experience in both public accounting and the non-profit and/or construction industries.Position Overview: The Audit Manager is responsible for all aspects of the audit process, including planning, executing, and reporting. The Audit Manager is expected to ensure that the audit process is performed in accordance with professional standards and applicable regulations. The Audit Manager will provide technical guidance and training to the audit team, work closely with senior management, and manage outside advisors and contractors.Key Responsibilities:Manage and supervise audit team to ensure that all audit work is performed in accordance with professional standards.Conduct audit planning, including identification of risk areas and development of audit procedures.Prepare and review audit reports, and assess compliance with GAAP and applicable regulations.Provide technical support and guidance to the audit team.Work closely with senior management and outside advisors to ensure that audit findings are addressed appropriately.Ensure that the audit team follows proper internal controls and maintains an appropriate level of documentation.Ensure that audit processes are performed in an efficient and cost-effective manner.Qualifications:CPA and experience as an Assurance Manager in public accounting.Strong knowledge of GAAP and other applicable regulations.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Experience with non-profit and/or construction industries is preferred.Enrolled Agent certification is preferred.BenefitsCompetitive Salary ($160k-$180k)Annual BonusesUnlimited PTOFull Benefits - Medical, Dental, VisionPaid Maternity/Family LeaveFlexible schedules & remote flexibilityRelocationColorado employees will receive paid sick leave.
